Vulnerability represents strength in leadership

Being compassionate and empathic shows vulnerability.
And so what? Vulnerability is getting naked into the arena as Brené Brown mentions in her work. Yes, it sends my adrenaline to the moon, and that’s what makes the difference. We’re human beings and not AI. Research says being vulnerable and authentic represent strengths and not weaknesses!

The past tried to create guilty and shame on the female and male leadership around this topic, but today, I strongly invite you to stand firm in that beautiful power! And don’t let the people intimidate your heartful leadership!
It’s about them, not you!

Ask yourself pertinent questions, be creative, reflect on where you’re now and what’s the journey you want to step into through the COVID-19 transition, a 12-week, an online journey to help you take stock on 2020 and create a stronger foundation to follow the flow in 2021.
