The Corona wave is coming soon and we need people who wish to join our initiative based on volunteering. To honour the listening space we ask you to have training in well-being coaching, empathic listening (NVC) or active/silence listening. This initiative has been created to give back to our community and here specifically our healthcare system.

The current situation requires to be ready and to have strong front-liner teams in hospitals worldwide. The current situation is that the front-liners already over their capacity and they are all human beings who are doing their best and need to recharge their batteries to continue this battle against the Coronavirus. Most hospitals now have a psychological platform available for their front-liners and we see us as a second and third line (scrum in rugby) in supporting and holding the back of the psychological team and the front-liners.

Taking this into account a team of professional coaches, doctors, psychologists worldwide with at least 200+ coaching hours under their belts unite forces to hold this emotional space of the Healthcare system. Together we catch the upcoming wave!
